I care deeply about helping people move forward in their lives and businesses in ways that are really right for them. Growing, realigning, and transforming are all parts of this process and coaching is a way I can help others achieve this.

Life is not static. Personal priorities, societies, and economies all change. Sometimes we need to ask ourselves afresh, who am I, what do I love, which is the best way for me to make a living? These are basic questions but I know that the simple questions can often be the hardest to answer. You can read more about my professional journey here.
Qualifications are part of how you know you can trust me with the things that are important to you. I have a Diploma in Professional Coaching Practice and am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I also have a PhD in theology. See below for more about my qualifications and surrounding interests.
Who do I coach?
I work with people from a wide range of working environments. Most tend to want to grow, realign, and transform professionally in one way or another. For some, this means big changes. For others, small but significant shifts.
My expertise lies in helping people think about their situations from different vantage points. I love to think about personal aspects of our lives that impact or influence our professional offering and am intrigued by the relationship between who we are as people and what we do for a living. I am also passionate about personal and organisational wellbeing.
My core values are integrity and faith. I don't always get it right but I try to embody these values in how I live my life.
Celebrating our uniqueness
I love to notice people and constantly wonder at how different and unique we all are. I prefer being in smaller groups of people to larger groups. Most of all, I enjoy the power and intimacy of a good one-to-one conversation.
If you think you might like to work with me, or you would like to find out a little bit more before making that decision, contact me. I would be so happy to talk with you.

Professional background and context
I am also an Honorary Fellow of the Edward Cadbury Centre for the Public Understanding of Religion, University of Birmingham, and a Fellow of the RSA. I work with the London School of Theology as a tutor. My corporate background lies in business and people development within London's marketing sector. I love to think and write and make space for it in my week as a priority.
Research interests concern the role of faith and spirituality in contemporary society. I am fascinated with the different perspectives through which we each look at our lives, and aspects that facilitate or hinder perception. The relational, interpreting work of the Holy Spirit is an interlinking specialism, as well as modern history. My doctoral research was under Rev. Dr William P. Atkinson, for which I received a book award of excellence for the published version.
